If you cancel or request to reschedule your consultation less than 48 hours before its scheduled starting time, the full consultation fee will apply. As payment is collected at the time of booking, the consultation fee will be retained and no refund or credit will ordinarily be provided.

The consultation fee covers more than the time spent with your practitioner during the appointment. Before your consultation, the practitioner may review health information, pathology or functional testing reports, previous consultation notes, health questionnaires, diet diaries and other material you have provided. They may also undertake clinical research, consider appropriate recommendations and begin preparing for your consultation.

The full fee reflects this preparation and professional work, as well as the appointment time reserved exclusively for you and the limited opportunity to offer that time to another client.

Requests relating to genuine illness, emergencies or exceptional circumstances will be considered individually in accordance with the exception provisions of this policy.
